I Saw "The Pursuit of Happyness"

just wtched it. loved it. inspired by it. added to my favorites list. admire Will Smith, a man of gud character. admire D man the story is about, Chris Gardner. dis story left me with a happy heart, a feeling dat will stay knowing the spirit of hard work, determination & strength of character prevails.  :)

And this was the best dialogue !
Best part of the movie !

  1. Chris Gardner: Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?
  2. Christopher: All right.
  3. Chris Gardner: You got a dream. You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period.

Together forever

HE
Is sitting on the edge of his bed with the door locked call of duty is in the xbox the controller on the floor right beneath the spot where he nearly punched the wall in his own frustration hes got the music blasting so loud so nobody can hear his cries his hairs a mess from running his hands through it and hes replaying their last conversation thinking " she’ll never take me back"

Frndship day ! x-(

If you log into your Facebook account on the first Sunday of August, you will find your homepage flooded with friendship day messages – love you friends, miss you, friends make life worth living…. blah blah blah. The most irritating part is when people paste famous friendship quotes and lyrics of Bollywood songs. I feel like…….aargh!!!

Its not that I am anti-social or I don’t like to have friends or something like that. What I really don’t understand is that why do people need a particular day to dedicate to someone? I mean what difference does it make to our life? While in college or school, we meet all our friends everyday. For the others, we are not going to go out of our way to meet them. If we really miss someone, then why wait for a particular day to talk to them? The mobile rates aren’t any cheaper on friendship day than they are on other days. Then why not just pick up the phone and talk to our friends when we feel like talking, instead of waiting for one particular day in the whole year?

btw* happy frndship day !

''You want to know what happiness is? It's waking up in the middle of the night for no reason, shifting under the blankets and feeling the heat of the person next to you. You turn around and see them in their most peaceful, innocent and vulnerable state. They breathe as though the weight of the world lays on anyone's shoulders but their own. You smile, kiss their face in the most gentle manner so as not to wake them. You turn back around and involuntarily a grin forms on your own face. You feel an arm wrap round your waist, and you know it doesn't get any better than this.''

:(

i don't show people how i feel; i bottle everything up inside until i snap. the truth that i don't tell people is that in all honesty i am torn, i am broken, i just carry myself well and hide it. i don't want to be one of those people who are constantly complaining about how much their life sucks or how they want to die. unlike those people i will not seek your attention, i will not ask for your help. i'd rather walk through life alone than become like that. i will tell you everything is just fine even when it's not. i'll listen to your problems even though i have plenty of my own. i will never show anybody who it is i really am. !

THE (SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS

THE (SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS
For the next 60 seconds, set aside whatever
You're doing and take this opportunity! Let's see if Satan
Can stop this.

... ... ... ... THE
(SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS

At the age of 33,
Jesus was condemned to death .

At the time
Crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst
Criminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it was
Even more dreadful for Jesus, unlike
Other criminals condemned to death by
Crucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to the
Cross by His hands and feet.

Each nail
Was 6 to 8 inches long.

The nails
Were driven into His wrist. Not
Into His palms as is commonly
Portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that
Extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew
That when the nails were being hammered into the
Wrist that tendon would tear and
Break, forcing Jesus to use His back
Muscles to support himself so that He could
Breath.

Both of His feet
Were nailed together. Thus He was forced to
Support Himself on the single nail that
Impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could
Not support himself with His legs because of the pain
So He was forced to alternate between arching His
Back then using his legs just to continue to
Breath. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the
Suffering, the courage.

Jesus endured this
Reality for over 3 hours.

Yes,
Over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of
Suffering? A few minutes before He died,
Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water
From his wounds.

From common images
We see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound
To His side... But do we realize His wounds
Were actually made in his body. A hammer
Driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped
And an even large nail hammered through the arches, then a
Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But
Before the nails and the spear Jesus was whipped and
Beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the
Flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His
Face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The
Crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men
Would not have survived this torture.

"

He had no more blood
To bleed out, only water poured from His
Wounds.
The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters
(just less than a gallon) of blood.

Jesus poured all 3.5
Liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His
Members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond
That, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His
Chest..

All these without
Mentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His own
Cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his
Face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight,
Only for its higher part, where His hands were
Nailed).

Jesus had
To endure this experience, to open the
Gates of Heaven,
So that you can have free
Access to God.

So that your sins
Could be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception!
Don't ignore this situation.

JESUS
CHRIST DIED FOR YOU!

He died for you! It
Is easy to pass jokes or foolish photos by e-mail, but
When it comes to God, sometimes you feel ashamed to forward
To others because you are worried of what they may think
About you.

God
Has plans for you, show all your friends what He experienced
To save you. Now think about this! May God bless your
Life!

60
Seconds with God...

For the next 60
Seconds, set aside what you're doing and take
This opportunity! Let's see if Satan can stop
This.

All you have to do
Is:

1. Simply
Pray for the person who sent this message to
You:

2.Then, send this
Message to people.. The more the better.

3. People will
Pray for you and you will make that many people pray to God
For other people.

4. Take a
Moment to appreciate the power of God in your life, for
Doing what pleases Him.

If you are not
Ashamed to do this, please, follow Jesus' instructions.
He said (Matthew 10:32 & 33): "Everyone therefore
Who acknowledges me before others, I also will acknowledge
before My Father in heaven; but whosoever denies Me
before others, I will deny before my Father in heaven.

i hate RAIN

I JUST HATE THE RAIN !
It is also usually cold, somewhat polluted and NOT WELCOMED!

Rain puts me in a bad mood! It's cold and wet and I don't like having to go anywhere when it rains...
I know its good for the environment but I hate it.

I really can't stand this rain.

Last wednesday I was like totaly dressed up , put my shoes on and be all ready to go out. den i went out and i don't know from where suddenly rain started and i headed straight back inside again. I hate the feeling, because I feel trapped by the rain. It makes me feel sad and depressed and I refuse to go out in it if I can help it. ...
